Ruth Bailey – Dancy, director for Face Up Aesthetics Institute, looks forward to sharing her over 39 years in the beauty industry with those professionals seeking to enhance and expand their careers in the esthetics and permanent cosmetic fields. She has been very successful in both Florida and Ohio as an instructor, salon owner, spa educator and director, speaker, and manufacturers' representative for over 25 years, and is the holder of the esteemed CIDESCO Diplomat International Diploma and designation. She is a Nouveau Contour Trainer Representative, and is a certified trainer and Fellow of the American Academy of Micropigmentation and a Trainer Member of The Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Ms. Bailey – Dancy travels extensively each year to keep abreast on all the newest techniques, which she continuously utilizes and perfects daily in her private business. She is also a licensed electrologist and certified permanent cosmetics professional (CPCP) working with several plastic surgeons and dermatologists. |
